She was married to John Calvin Thompson. I know alot of the Garriotts in Kentucky are double cousins which makes it more confusing. If you have any information on Amanda can you let me know? I have alot of information on John Calvin Thompson.
Thank You
RamonaRamonahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00413510671674851514noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7998509848120209824.post-56391695340968270982022-08-27T17:52:32.739-05:002022-08-27T17:52:32.739-05:00If I am not mistaken, your Vaughn family was in We...If I am not mistaken, your Vaughn family was in Webster County, Kentucky before moving to the Salem area. James H. Vaughn and his wife, Alma J. Richardson, married in Pope County, Illinois and were on the 1900 Livingston County census with their son, Goebel, who was born in Oct 1899. James H. Vaughn died in Dec 1913. As a note of interest, Alma J., widow of James H., Clyde J. Vaughn, Courtney A. Vaughn(wife Vella), Goebel B. (wife Bertha) and Goebel Jr. all lived in Auburn, NY, accordin to the 1946 Auburn City Directory. Good luck with your research. I am related through George W Vaughn, Rebecca's son. Rebecca has caused much confusion as to the last names of her and her children. Your work on the Burner vs Barner cleared things up also. Do you think Rebecca and JJ Burner had children? George was born during the time of their marriage about 1836. My grandfathers sister remember Grandpa George as an old man with a long white beard when she was young, about 1907.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7998509848120209824.post-11200249772615100092008-11-30T11:08:00.000-06:002008-11-30T11:08:00.000-06:00I have no suggestions but it is very interesting t...I have no suggestions but it is very interesting trail to follow.
