Articles of Agreement between Sally Parker and David McClanahan … Witnesseth that McClanahan has rented from this time until the first day of January next a plantation lying on the Eddy Creek of the sd. Sally Parker for which he is to pay her Ten bushels per acre for all [illegible] the cleared land on sd. place that is in repair and fit for cultivation and to deliver sd. place at the time above specified in the same repair that it is at present and to pay the rent at the customary time of gathering corn in the fall. 22 February 1805.
