Vinesa and Jesse are my 2nd great grandparents.

Jane was a MCDONALD. There is a sad story that has been passed down through the generations about her marital breakup with Wiley in Tennessee.

Lucinda was a BENNETT. Her parents were Nathan BENNETT and Rebecca JONES.

Anyone who descends from the BENNETT’s of Livingston County can find a wealth of research information that goes back to the 1600’s in colonial Virginia and at least 1500 in Somerset, England. They have connections to many historical families.

Most recently, I read about part (at least) of the family who were Virginia Puritans (not to be confused with the New England Puritans).
