Pasteur and Clemmie Lander married 14 November 1877 at the Christian Church in
Princeton. [1]Pasteur
was age 32, born Tennessee, current Caldwell County Court Clerk and his parents
were born in Georgia. Clemmie Lander was age 22, born Christian County,
Kentucky and her parents were born in Christian County.
Frank A.
Pasteur served as clerk of the Caldwell County Clerk for 27 years until he was
defeated by 43 votes by R.L. Gresham in late 1901.[2]
Pasteur also served in Co. K, 10th Regt., KY Cavalry (Johnson's) during the
Civil War.[3]
Frank A.
Pasteur died suddenly at his home in Princeton of heart disease on 1 June 1902.
Survivors included his wife, Clemmie, and three children.[4]
