According to his death certificate, Millard T. Barnes was born in Crittenden County, Kentucky 15 September 1860 and died in McCracken County, Kentucky 27 July 1930. His usual residence was in Brookport, Illinois. He was married to Josie Barnes and was a retired merchant. Bennett Barnes, born North Carolina, and Sarah Terry, born Kentucky, were listed as his parents.
